BH Estate Agents are Licensed Real Estate Agents who specialis in property sales, leasing and management.
With our beginnings in the Batman’s Hill precinct of Melbourne in 2006.
We specialise in residential and commercial properties mainly in mixed tenancy multi-storey developments – Apartments, Offices and Retail Shops. In addition to our real estate services, we have a strong knowledge base in both facilities and owners’ corporation management.
This valuable skillset enables us to understand the intricacies of running the buildings in which we operate. We understand the role of all the parties in a building and work with them to ensure our owner and tenant rights are protected.
As a company, we don’t shy away from difficult negotiations. With experienced staff, detailed market knowledge and proven internal procedures, we’re proud to work hard on making sure we get the best possible outcome for our clients.
Delivery
We understand that to be successful you need to deliver for your clients. The team at BH listen to our clients to get a clear understanding of their property goals – and then work with them collaboratively to formulate a plan to best deliver those goals.
